Prototype, app and connected service
A prototype can show screens and sample interactions without real accounts or payments. A production app needs those operations, data handling and release requirements to be scoped explicitly. We distinguish the visual concept from the connected product before agreeing work. App store publication, third-party fees and maintenance are discussed separately.
What to bring to the first discussion
Describe the person using the app and the one task it should make easier. Existing sketches, a spreadsheet, screenshots or examples of a frustrating workflow can help. You do not need to arrive with technical specifications. The next step is to define what can be shown, tested and delivered within the agreed scope.

Yes. A prototype can clarify screens and interactions before you commit to a larger build. Its scope and limitations are agreed in advance.
Are accounts, bookings and payments included?
Only if explicitly included in the quote. A visual demonstration does not create real user accounts, process payments or confirm bookings.
How long does an app project take?
The schedule depends on the first version, integrations, content and review stages. A realistic timeline follows the scope; there is no universal delivery deadline.
