This policy describes the HUSS Studio website. HUSS Studio is operated by Hussein (Huss), an independent digital product builder based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
What we collect, and why
When you send a project enquiry, we collect your name, chosen contact details, project description, optional business information, budget and timing preferences, your consent, and any concept you choose to include. We use these details to respond, discuss your request and prepare a proposal. This does not subscribe you to marketing, and we do not sell your details.
You choose whether to submit an enquiry. The fields marked as required let us understand and reply to it. We use your consent to handle the details you submit and, where applicable, to take the steps you request before entering a project agreement. Technical security information is used to operate and protect the service.
Optional AI concept previews
AI concept generation is currently disabled. Anonymous idea content and previews are not saved in our project database. If you later send a concept with your enquiry, it is saved with that enquiry. Avoid personal, confidential or sensitive information in an idea description.
An AI preview is an exploratory design, with sample content and interactions. It does not make decisions about you or create a production service. You can request a project directly without using it.
Who processes the information
Huss handles enquiries through a restricted owner inbox. Website hosting and the enquiry database are provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare; the database uses Cloudflare D1. Groq processes idea descriptions when live AI generation is enabled. These providers may process technical information and data outside your country, including outside the UAE, under their applicable service and data protection terms.
Project briefs are not automatically emailed or sent to WhatsApp. Clicking a contact link opens your email app or WhatsApp; a message is sent only when you send it there. Those services then apply their own privacy terms.
Cookies and device storage
This website has no configured advertising, marketing or analytics tracker. Hosting providers may set essential security cookies, such as Cloudflare’s short-lived __cf_bm cookie, to protect the site. Owner sign-in may use additional essential authentication cookies. We do not ask visitors to create an account to send an enquiry.
The decorative motion preference is stored on your device under huss-stars-paused. Use the motion control to change it, or clear this site’s browser storage to remove it. Stars and scroll effects also respect your device’s reduced-motion setting. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking essential cookies may affect security or sign-in.
Your selected language is stored on your device under huss-language. You can change it using the language selector or clear this site’s browser storage.
Security and technical logs
A short-lived, hashed network or signed-in identifier and request count help limit abuse. Expired rate-limit records are removed when new requests arrive. A shared daily allowance also limits AI requests. Application event logs record status and event names rather than idea or contact content. Hosting providers may keep their own security and operational logs. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry information is kept while needed to handle your request, discuss or deliver a project, or meet applicable legal obligations. Deletion from the inbox is managed manually; there is no automatic expiry schedule. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that is no longer needed.
You may contact Huss to request access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your information; withdraw consent; or ask to restrict or object to processing, as applicable under the law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. Some records may need to be retained to meet a legal obligation or handle a claim. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your request. You can also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority.

For a privacy request, email contact@hussstudio.com. You can also use the enquiry form, choose “Help me decide” and identify your earlier request. Do not send identity documents unless requested through an agreed, appropriate channel.
This service is intended for people planning a business or professional project. Please do not submit children’s personal information. Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
