These terms explain the use of the HUSS Studio website, operated by Hussein (Huss) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They are separate from the written agreement for any paid project.
Browsing and requesting a quote
You can browse, explore the idea studio and send a project enquiry without paying. An enquiry does not place an order, reserve a start date or commit either party to a project. The website does not collect card details or take payments. Any paid planning or build work requires a separate agreed scope and price.
Before paid work begins
The written proposal and project agreement identify the contracting party, deliverables, exclusions, price and currency, applicable taxes, payment stages, timeline, review points, revisions, handover and support arrangements. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains or paid integrations are identified where relevant. Additional work or changes to the scope need a separate agreement.
Cancellation, refunds, ownership of final deliverables, source files and any third-party licences are addressed in that project agreement before you commit. Nothing on this website makes every payment non-refundable or removes rights provided by applicable law. If you are unsure about a proposal or charge, ask Huss before paying.
AI previews and demonstrations
The idea studio produces an exploratory visual concept using your description and, when enabled, AI. Preview content may contain mistakes or sample data. Buttons, bookings, payments, accounts and other interactions inside a concept are demonstrations; they do not create real transactions or operate a business. A preview is not a production-ready app, a final specification, a delivery promise or a priced quote.
Use previews to discuss a possible direction. You can submit an enquiry without generating one. Availability and request limits may change, and generation can fail if a provider or usage allowance is unavailable. Verify content, brand names and suitability before using a concept commercially.
Your submissions and responsible use
Only share information you are entitled to provide. Do not upload sensitive customer records, passwords, payment details or confidential material through the idea studio or enquiry form. Do not use the service to submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, interfere with security or bypass request limits. You retain rights in the material you provide; submitting it lets us process it to handle the preview or enquiry you requested.
Work, content and third-party services
The HUSS name, website design and portfolio are presented for information and evaluation. They do not grant permission to reuse another client’s branding, content or project. Portfolio screenshots show selected work and may differ from later product versions. Any illustrative concept is identified as such.
Links to other websites, email and WhatsApp are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. HUSS Studio cannot guarantee their availability or content.
Availability and applicable rights
We aim to keep the website useful, accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free AI output or a particular commercial result. These terms do not exclude liability or restrict a consumer right where applicable law does not permit that restriction. Paid project obligations are governed by the separate project agreement and applicable law.
