The first version should solve a specific problem rather than copy every feature of a large management platform.

Define what is connected
An interface showing example records is different from a tool storing live customer data. Before including accounts, uploads, messaging or external integrations, we clarify access, data handling, supported operations and running costs. Existing software is reviewed before assuming it can be connected. Paid services are not silently included.
Make the first discussion concrete
Bring an example of a task from beginning to end: where the information arrives, who uses it, what changes and what has to be shared. A redacted spreadsheet or a description can be enough. Leave out private customer details. We then define a useful first version, deliverables and a written quote.

Do I need a complete CRM?
Not necessarily. Start with the task that causes the most friction. A focused tool or an improvement to an existing process may be a better first scope.
Can you connect my existing software?
That depends on its supported interfaces, permissions and subscription requirements. Feasibility is checked before an integration is promised or quoted.
Will there be ongoing costs?
Hosting, storage, external services and support may have ongoing costs. These are discussed separately from the initial build so you can assess the full scope.
